  • Coalition Building: Engaging Partners in Your Advocacy

 

If you attend or watch at least five of these sessions, you will be named a Climate Communications Champion.

Diploma in Climate Medicine

The Diploma in Climate Medicine from the University of Colorado School of Medicine is a five-part continuing education program designed to provide healthcare professionals with expertise in the health impacts of climate change. The in-person portion of the first 2025 certificate, Community Resilience, will take place in Washington, D.C., alongside our annual convention.

Yale Online Climate Change and Health Certificate Program for Working Professionals

The Yale Center on Climate Change and Health is accepting applications for the thirteenth offering of its 21-week, fully online, Climate Change and Health Certificate Program for working professionals. The offering will begin on March 31, 2025. learn more about the program here and start your application here. The scholarship deadline is Friday, March 14, 2025, and the application deadline is Friday, March 28, 2025. 

Emerging Leaders for Planetary Health and Human Security

PSR’s Emerging Leaders program is open to health professional students or early career health professionals under the age of 35. The program will consist of both training and advocacy components, aimed to create experts on PSR’s numerous issues. Topics covered will range from the fossil fuel industry’s disproportionate impact on environmental justice communities to the gendered effects of radiation and nuclear weapons.
